Our mission is to be the most customer focused printer parts solutions company in Australia.
To achieve this we operate differently to other printer parts suppliers.

As a valued customer of Marnik Solutions you'll have your own account manager who is dedicated to meeting your requirements / needs. Your account manager will get to know you and your business and tailor our service to best suit how you, the customer, wants things done.
Free Tech Support
Our account managers have almost 40 years combined experience in the printer parts industry and technical troubleshooting of printer problems, so when you're stuck on site with a tricky problem give us a call and we'll help you troubleshoot it.
Special order and hard to source parts
If we don't have a part in our own stock, we will find it for you either in Australia or anywhere in the world.
We supply New OEM, compatible and refurbished parts.
Many parts are no longer available from Austalian OEM suppliers but are still available from our world wide sources, Call us and we'll try to find it for you.
We have direct sourcing capabilities from the USA via air freight and can have a part to you in as little as 3 working days. If we order on a Friday, we usually receive the part the following Tuesday and then send overnight to you by Wednesday. No more waiting weeks and weeks wondering if that part you promised your customer is ever going to arrive.
